Build trust. Own your story.

The companies people remember are the ones whose story feels like something they've lived themselves, or wish they had. Not because they memorised the pitch, but because they recognised themselves in it.

That's not luck. That's a category, well built and well told.

Fifteen years in PR and corporate communications, IPOs, launches, rebrands, the occasional 10pm reputational crisis, have taught us exactly that. Not how to tell a story. How to build  trust through empathy and ownership. Creating the category that story lives in.

Now, it is time to find yours.

I am Rocio Herraiz

Over 15 years, I've learned that the moments that matter most in communications rarely come with a script. Sometimes it's a CEO who needs a steady voice before a crisis statement goes out. Sometimes it's a boardroom full of investors, where the right read of the room matters more than the right slide.

I bring judgement, timing and trust to those moments, and it's what shapes how leaders, media and markets respond when it counts.

I've led communications through IPOs, acquisitions, crises and international expansion across EMEA, LATAM and APAC.

Now I bring that same experience to startups and growth stage companies.

From the Other Side of the Table

Working with Rocio is an awesome experience! She is a senior, open-minded, highly proactive professional that will permanently challenge the status quo of the company and each one of the team members. She will also make sure that communication goes through the proper channels at the right time to the right stakeholders. I have learned a lot so far from Rocio.

I worked with Rocio for over two years and I can say that it has always been an incredible partnership. Her dynamism and ability for the communication is impressive, always with great ideas and a lot of professionalism.

It has always been a great pleasure to discuss strategies and communication and PR plans with her.

Rocio believes deeply in the power of her craft, bringing energy and passion to everything she does and never backing down from any challenge to convert sceptics. SiteMinder benefited from Rocio's technical ability to create meaning out of every message, and the quality of PR we achieved within the EMEA and LatAm regions, under her leadership, was testament to that.

Hard working, quick to learn, excellent English and completely on top of all the details of every task, no matter how small. It doesn´t surprise me one bit to see the great career development that Rocío has had very quickly since we worked together. I expect even greater achievements yet for her future in communications - and hope that we get to work together again one day.
